Confirmation, cancellations, refunds and substitutions
Confirmation of participation will be sent after receipt of payment. Should you be unable to attend and cancel in writing no later than February 18th, 2010, we will refund your registration after the conference less €25.00 processing fee. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible after February 18th, 2010. Substitutions can be made at any time.
